Artefact of the performance/video (duration: 27 min)

There is this space in human experience. Space is so vast and empty yet fully soaked with all the emotions known to us. This performance is an exploration of feeling the emptiness. Internally as well as visually. When it develops itself into a place and a state of being. That in-between space where all thoughts fade while they are just being formed. Where emotions don’t occupy enough space to be defined. When you stay in the moment that exists before desolation raptures through you. Where everything that happened is forgotten about its existence. Where remains of an attachment seep through the vastness. There is everything. There you feel everything. There you hold your breath in hopes of serenity. Simultaneously there is nothing. Nothing to grasp, to hold, to narrate. You are left with only feeling it—the emptiness of that feeling. I stop there, I prolong that feeling and that space. I remain in that place that embraces all of me. I unconsciously surrender. I surrender to numbness. I sit with emptiness.

This video is an artefact of the performance. The performance now exists only in video form. If there is no audience to perform, it’s only me to perform to.

When inner reality creates the outer form.
